Auth2FA is developed and maintained by Priyo Email as a secure and user-friendly two-factor authentication (2FA) tool. This SERVICE is provided by Priyo Email at no cost and is intended for use as is.
Traditional authentication systems relying solely on passwords can be compromised due to phishing or data breaches. Auth2FA enhances your security by generating unique, time-based one-time passwords (TOTP) for each login session — ensuring your digital accounts remain safe.
Using Auth2FA helps protect your real accounts from unauthorized access. The app stores all security keys locally on your device. Your identity, personal data, and all authentication secrets remain private and encrypted.
Auth2FA does not track, log, or share your personal information. Secrets are stored locally and automatically removed if the user deletes an account or uninstalls the application. You can remove your stored keys anytime using the “Delete” or “Remove Account” option.
Your privacy and data protection are our top priorities. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to ensure your information remains safe and confidential at all times.
Information Collection and Use
In the free version of Auth2FA, no personal information is collected or transmitted. The app functions entirely offline. It does not require registration, email, or account creation.
If you use optional features such as secure cloud backup or multi-device sync (available in Auth2FA Premium), only minimal information — such as your email address — may be used for authentication and billing purposes. This information is encrypted and never shared with third parties.
Log Data
In the event of an error within the mobile or web app, we may collect limited diagnostic data through third-party tools such as Firebase Crashlytics. This may include anonymized device information, operating system version, and timestamp of the error. No identifiable data (such as usernames or secrets) is ever recorded.

Auth2FA uses cookies only on its website to improve the user experience and collect anonymous analytics data. These cookies do not contain any personal or authentication information.
